Overview

Fìkh Qăp-bănè was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1365, by Ya̋nvē Mbó̄kīb 'Olivia Tiara' Séchvé̄ Mä̌sh Cōshvēnv Èqthêv. The establishment of Fìkh Qăp-bănè was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Ya̋nvē Mbó̄kīb 'Olivia Tiara' Séchvé̄ Mä̌sh Cōshvēnv Èqthêv electing to pay people to resettle in Fìkh Qăp-bănè.

Fìkh Qăp-bănè was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Qăp-bănè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fìkh Qăp-bănè is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Fìkh Qăp-bănè's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

A look around Fìkh Qăp-bănè is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.

Cultural Notes
